Architect: Stephen Sparn

Concept: To achieve the clients' goal of a beautiful functional home and home office. 

The property had expansive views of the Flatirons and was designed by Stephen Sparn of Sopher Sparn Architecture to showcase the incredible views.

Structure: Extensive use of natural stone, architectural metals. Incorporating a lot of steel and glass. Catwalks from office to bedrooms. Open, minimalist look. Use of steel for more of an open feel, allows for less support structures and walls and support beams.

Interior: Italian cabinets. Sub Zero flush fridge. Smart lighting - each light has a home run to a control panel for different mood settings. Deluxe AV systems throughout. Solar energy. Geothermal. High efficiency HVAC system.
