Concept: Create an urban farm living environment in North Boulder. 

 This home meets the LEED platinum accreditation. LEED is the most widely used green building rating system in the world. Available for virtually all building types, LEED provides a framework for healthy, efficient, and cost-saving green buildings. LEED certification is a globally recognized symbol of sustainability achievement and leadership.

The complex project involves the utilization of rainwater catchment systems which had to get special permitting. It is located alongside the silver lake ditch and utilizes ditch water, rainwater, gray water for feeding the greenhouse - which is a part of the house. In summary- a self-sustainable and green building.
