Tamarack Residence
Architect: Mark Ford
Concept: Utilize an existing house. Major remodel of an 8,000 ft house. To modernize an existing structure and create a fresh, new look.
The existing house had good bones so instead of a scape the owners decided to opt for an extensive remodel. They wanted a transitional blend of traditional and modern architectural styles.
Rosewood had to bring the house up to energy code, to meet net-zero energy standards. It's an energy efficient home. Features natural stone, stucco and stained siding. They added a swimming pool and a hot tub to maximize use of the property.
