Cloverleaf Residence

Architect: Mark Ford

Concept: Create a home with a lot of light.

This home was located in a dense neighborhood. So we needed to create a feeling of natural light and space to make it feel light and airy. It features a flexible open-plan design in collaboration with Ford architects.

Boasts modern architecture. We wanted to maintain privacy yet have a lot of windows including some 360 degree windows. The Floorplan is open and flexible making it easily configurable for furniture.

Having a floorplan that makes sense. It has to be effective for living and makes for a seamless flow of daily life. Another goal was ease of living in a well thought-out floor plan.
