Project Managers

Dave Dejong has years of experience in commercial and residential construction and is able to switch roles as a lead carpenter and project manager.  

Bryce Howard has a background from Boulder roofing. He was a roofer for years, then managed crews for them. His main strengths are project management. 

Steve Humbach is a carpenter with a great deal of project management experience.

Enrique Longoria is our lead carpenter. Enrique has been with Rosewood for 25 years and is a key member of the team with exceptional frame to finish expertise! 

The rest of the Rosewood team consists of: Carpenters, Apprentice Carpenters and Laborers.

Ryan Gilmour

Ryan hails from Annapolis MD and brings to the table an extensive background in construction and project management. Ryan has literally worked his way from bottom to top, starting out as a laborer on job sites and learning the trade over the past two decades.

Ryan plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s operations and strategic direction. His plan is to continue the tradition of building exquisite homes in Boulder.  In the little spare time he has, Ryan enjoys getting out on his mountain bike and hiking around the foothills. Snowboarding at Copper Mt is one of his favorite escapes. 

Dave Rose

Dave’s passion for delivering exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction was instrumental in establishing Rosewood Construction over 45 years ago. He began his construction career as an apprentice carpenter, after working in a custom woodworking shop prior to that time. 

Completing small projects as a handyman led to other remodeling opportunities, which gradually increased in size as his experience grew. This experience of hands-on work has led to a broad understanding of construction techniques and knowledge of successful strategies to produce projects that work and feel good.

The intricacies and details transform everyday projects into something that sings!  Outside of work, Dave enjoys outdoor pursuits such as skiing, sailing, scuba, mountain biking, traveling and  gardening.
